At XSL, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we apply strict hygiene and safety standards.
1. Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will only accept returns if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

2. Refunds
If your return is approved:

A replacement or refund will be offered

Refunds are processed via the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect
Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error occurred on our side.
